This photo was taken at Tre Cime De Lavadero, Dolomites Italy. My favorite time to shoot landscape is the blue hour. On our way back to the parking of the Lavadero it was already getting dark. Its that little frame of time we have to admire landscape just before it gets dark but still there is plenty of light to create the "blue hour" effect.
The views at Tre Cime change so rapidly due to the clouds moving fast. I only had a couple of seconds of full visibility of these peaks and did not hesitate to shoot this photo without the use of a tripod. It did worth it.
